Initial Post

This site is where I will keep my thoughts. Posts will include insights, medical topics, personal projects, music, coding, wine, food, backpacking, photography, etc.

I have mirrored this site at pguilford.github.io/ghost-mirror/ for long term persistence over the years, and file storage of the site has also been modified to use a github repository pguilford/ghost-assets for similar reasons. Hopefully this content will be available to my children when they are older.

The start of this site comes at the end of my medical residency and the start of a new job in a different city. We are currently in the process of moving. I am nearing my fifth decade of life, and will turn 40 in a few days. Medical boards will be next week.
